About me

I coached leaders in practice before I coached them by profession.

I'm Zeynep Arca. I spent over 8 years in the primary research industry, where I led large, complex teams in Europe and the Americas and managed relationships with firms like McKinsey, PwC, and EY-Parthenon. I hired and developed numerous people to become managers within a matter of 1–2 years. I have worked in Türkiye, Greece, and Colombia, with clients across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and South America.

Today, I work with fast-growing multinational start-ups and SMEs, where I advise on sales strategy, revenue generation, client relations, and talent growth.

When you talk about pressure, ambition, difficult stakeholders, or leading across cultures — I have lived it, not just studied it.

I am a certified executive coach, organizational development coach, and change management coach, and I coach in line with the ICF code of ethics. I am a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
